A website of your own.
Custom visual design and copy help, up to five pages, phone-friendly layouts and a clear enquiry route. Basic SEO covers page titles, descriptions, readable structure and search setup.
Ready to use.
Testing, deployment to your chosen domain and a handover that explains how to make agreed content updates. Domain, hosting and other third-party charges are itemised separately.
Your business on Google.
Google Business Profile setup or a tidy-up of your existing profile, with your permission and owner access. Any verification required by Google stays under your ownership. Google’s verification timing does not hold up the agreed website launch.
Contact & social, in the same look.
A WhatsApp booking or enquiry button if you authorise a public business number, plus three Instagram post templates in the website’s visual style. No personal number is published by default.

A week with a clear start.
Before the week.
We agree the pages, content, price and launch date. You provide approved service descriptions, clinician details, photos, hours, location and your preferred appointment-request process. Domain, hosting and profile access are ready before work begins.
Design & build.
You review the visual direction and the working site at the agreed checkpoints. One point of contact gives consolidated approvals on the agreed dates.
Launch & handover.
I check the phone layouts, links and enquiry route, publish the agreed site and walk you through it. You keep the finished files and the handover.
The launch commitment

Or the second half is waived.
If I miss our agreed seven-day launch with your approved content and access ready, the agreed website fee drops by 50%. I deduct that amount from your balance and refund any overpayment. The commitment covers the agreed scope and review dates; client delays or new scope move the date by agreement.
Clear scope, before we start.
Half up front, half at launch. Website capacity is limited to one or two projects a month alongside product work; available dates are confirmed in your quote.
Patient portals, clinical records, medical-data forms and custom appointment systems are outside this package. Complex commerce and app features need a separate scope.
Applicable taxes and third-party costs are confirmed in the quote. My first three clients can receive 30% off, with agreed permission for a case study, before-and-after work and honest feedback.
