A recorded first-use walkthrough of onboarding, the core task and any payment journey, with issues ranked by importance. You keep the recording, five actionable findings, one key screen rebuilt in code and a written 14-day plan for your app.
The first finding arrives within 24 hours of our reserved start, with access ready. A 30-minute call covers the findings, plan and a fixed-scope Sprint quote. With agreed read-only access, I can also check code and data-access rules for obvious risks.
Five problems worth fixing, or it’s free. If I can’t show you five actionable issues, any Check fee paid is refunded.
Book a Sprint or Launch & Grow within 30 days of the Check handover and the Check fee actually paid, less any refund, is credited once against the Sprint portion. Book within seven days and the Launch Kit—a landing-page hero section and social images—is included free; otherwise it is a quoted add-on.
Scope of the Check
The screen rebuild is a review prototype; full integration is scoped separately. Code and data checks are limited to agreed access and obvious risks, not a security audit or certification. The Check does not promise a conversion increase or complete security.

Distinctive type, colour and interface style, built into the agreed screens, with an AI-readable style guide. You see the direction on day five; if it misses the mark, I redo the visual direction once at no extra cost.
Three rebuilt flows.
The essential journeys redesigned and rebuilt in code, up to three flows and around twelve screens in total. Conversations with three to five users inform the changes; you arrange introductions.
Lockdown.
Agreed authentication, data-access and payment fixes. We test account separation with two accounts where relevant. The agreed priority fix ships within the first 48 hours with access ready; if none is needed, we choose another priority fix.
Launch Dashboard.
Key-step analytics, error tracking, phone checks and deployment. You keep a handover video, the fixes checklist and a clear list of anything still outside scope.
About three hours of planned founder time: kickoff, user introductions, the look review and launch. A short progress video every two days.
Live by day 14, with the agreed content, access and participants ready on day one and consolidated replies within one day.
If I’m late: ₹5,000 / $150 credited for each Monday–Friday working day after the agreed launch date, capped at 10% of your agreed Sprint fee. At list price, the cap is ₹25,000 / $600. Client-blocked days shift the agreed date.

User Voice: a short report from the arranged user conversations. Distribution plan: a one-page plan for your product, drawing on my experience launching Leetify; audience growth is not promised. The Launch Kit is the seven-day Check-to-Sprint booking bonus, not a standard inclusion. 30-day fix warranty: defects in the delivered, agreed scope are fixed for 30 days after launch. New features, later scope changes, client changes to the delivered code and third-party failures are excluded. This improves an existing app; it is not a full rewrite. Regulated medical or financial systems are outside this offer. Lockdown is scoped remediation, not a security audit or certification, and no complete-security or growth outcome is promised.

Keep improving the product with someone who can design it and ship it.
Up to 30 hours a month across a prioritised backlog: new flows, interface improvements, frontend and backend work. One request and workstream at a time, with a weekly call and a working update at the agreed weekly checkpoint. Scope and priorities fit the reserved hours.
Continue after a Sprint or bring an existing product. Billed monthly in advance; two weeks’ notice stops renewal. We reserve capacity and agree priorities before each month begins.
A month that wasn’t worth it? Once per engagement, tell me within seven days of a paid month ending and the next consecutive reserved month is free: up to 30 hours on the same agreed workstream. A free month cannot trigger another free month.
Onboarding, quarters and the free month
A new monthly client has a separate ₹25,000 / $500 onboarding fee, waived after a Sprint or with a three-month commitment. Pay a quarter ahead for ₹4.05 lakh / $9,450: up to 30 hours each month, with a monthly analytics review and three recommendations. It reserves three months; the end and renewal terms are agreed in the quote. If a guaranteed free month was prepaid, its actual service fee is refunded; otherwise the charge is waived. For a quarter, that is the actual quarter service fee divided by three. Bundle quotes itemise the monthly component fees. Unused hours do not roll over, and work beyond 30 hours needs a separate quote.

The Launch-Ready Sprint followed by three months of Ship Every Week: 90 hours across three months, separate from the Sprint’s fixed scope. One prioritised workstream, monthly analytics reviews and no onboarding fee after the Sprint. Separately, with monthly billing: ₹7 lakh / $16,500. The quarter-prepayment and founding discounts do not stack with the bundle. Its quote itemises the Sprint and monthly service fees, so their guarantees use the agreed component fees.

For standalone fixed projects: half up front, half at handover or launch. We agree the scope, price and reserved start before work begins. Launch & Grow and prepaid quarters are paid up front. Applicable taxes and third-party costs are itemised in your quote.
The Check credit and Launch Kit bonus
The Check fee actually paid, less refunds, is credited once against the Sprint portion when you book a Sprint or Launch & Grow within 30 days of Check handover. Book within seven days and the Launch Kit is included free. Outside that seven-day window, it is a separately quoted add-on. No credit is created from a refunded Check.
Delivery promises and reductions
Day counts are calendar days; Sprint late credits count Monday to Friday. Timed promises need agreed inputs and access ready at the reserved start, and consolidated replies within one day. Client-blocked days shift the date. A guaranteed credit or reduction lowers the total service fee: I deduct it from the balance and refund any overpayment.
One calendar: up to two Sprint starts a month, planned for the 1st and 15th, or up to three ongoing partners, depending on time already reserved. At most one or two websites fit only when that same calendar has room. Other offers and free videos share it. We confirm availability before booking.

30% off standalone service list prices, with an agreed case study, honest feedback and permission to show before-and-after work. We agree what can be shared before starting; feedback never has to be positive.
For recurring work, the discount applies only to the first month. It does not stack with a bundle or quarter-prepayment rate. Onboarding is separate and is not discounted.
