Idea to Launch
in 6 Weeks.

Turn one clear product idea into something people can use. A considered interface, working code and a first release you own.

Plan my first release

Six weeks from a reserved start, with agreed content, access and feedback ready.

A first release.
With the whole journey considered.

For a founder with a clear problem and a focused product scope that can fit six weeks.

The product and its look.

Core user journeys, screen design, type, colour and reusable interface components. We choose a visual direction and keep the important task clear.

Frontend and backend.

Working application code, authentication and a database where the scope needs them, with agreed integrations and account-access rules.

A version you can try.

A working coded demo each week on a preview link. You use the agreed increment and give consolidated feedback while changes are still small.

Launch and ownership.

Key-step analytics, error tracking, phone checks, deployment, source code and a handover video. Third-party accounts and services stay under your ownership.

A working version,
every week.

  1. Week oneA direction you can use.

The brief, essential journeys and visual direction, with an interactive coded prototype of the first agreed task. A presentation or static design file alone does not count as the demo.

  2. Week twoThe first end-to-end path.

The application structure and first working flow, with the needed account and data foundation. The week’s acceptance criteria are agreed before starting.

  3. Week threeThe core task.

The main product task works against real application data. You try the path that matters most and respond to a working version.

  4. Week fourConnect the remaining scope.

The next agreed journeys and integrations, kept within the first-release scope. We make missing states and error cases visible.

  5. Week fiveMake it hold together.

Phone layouts, usability checks, analytics and scoped testing. The demo shows the release taking shape, with a clear list of any remaining fixes.

  6. Week sixLaunch and hand over.

The agreed first release is deployed and demonstrated. You get the files, account ownership and a walkthrough of the finished product and known limits.

The delivery commitment

A working demo every week.
Or that week is free.

Each missed weekly working coded demo reduces the fee by one-sixth of your agreed build fee, capped at that total fee. The reduction is deducted from the balance, with any overpayment refunded. Client access or reply delays shift the schedule by the days blocked.

Clear scope before the clock starts.

We agree the first-release scope, weekly demo milestones, price and reserved start. Half up front, half at launch. The six weeks begin with the agreed content and access ready, and consolidated feedback within one day.

The starting price covers a focused first release, not every feature on a long roadmap. New scope is separately quoted. Complex commerce, regulated medical or financial systems and substantial legacy rewrites require a different scope.

Applicable taxes, hosting, domains and third-party charges are itemised in the quote. No audience-growth, revenue or complete-security outcome is promised.

The first three clients

30% off standalone service list prices, with an agreed case study, honest feedback and permission to show before-and-after work. We agree what can be shared before starting; feedback never has to be positive. The discount does not stack with a bundle or other discounted rate.

What is the first thing
it needs to do?

Tell me who it’s for, what problem it solves and what you’d like the first release to contain.
